4-1.簡単な説明

膜結合酵素であるネズミチフス菌の細胞壁合成酵素の一つを精製して, 性質と作用機構を解明した(原著論文1-3、9, 11等, 総説・解説12, 14等)。2つの抗生物質(ポリオキシンDとシッカニン)の作用機構等を解明した(原著論文4-8、10, 13等 )。
